We’re an olive company based in Xironomi, a village in central Greece where groves have been cared for the same way for generations. From our zero-waste mill, we produce extra virgin olive oil and olive-based products with simple methods: rainfed trees, hand-picking, and cold-pressing within hours.
We work with farmers, retailers, and food brands to mill, bottle, and build private-label extra virgin olive oils that stay true to where they come from.
What we produce create share with love
Sourced at the foot of the mythic Mount Helikon and cold-pressed within hours of harvest, this well-balanced extra virgin olive oil blends Megaritiki and Koroneiki olives for a flavour that’s both bright and grounded. We make it the way it’s always been done, with nothing added and nothing rushed.

We work with farmers, producers, and brands to bring high-quality extra virgin olive oil into the world and keep it honest, traceable, and rooted in the land it comes from.
We offer on-site bottling and private labelling for retailers, wholesalers, and distributors — covering glass, PET, and tin formats. Every batch is traceable from grove to bottle, with full support for labelling, compliance, and quality that holds up through export, retail, or gifting.

We cold-press olives on-site, within hours of harvest. Our mill handles both conventional and organic-certified batches, and we operate with minimal waste, from grove to bottle.
