Milling
We cold-press olives on-site, within hours of harvest. Our mill handles both conventional and organic-certified batches, and we operate with minimal waste, from grove to bottle.

Everything happens on-site at our zero-waste mill in Xironomi, so you always know where your oil comes from, and where it’s going.
